The Avon Open 2025 will run on Saturday, 10th May, and Sunday 11th May 2025 at Workout Harbourside, Floating Harbour, Welshback, Bristol, BS1 4SB.
It will consist of the following events (the levels are a rough guide only and the players will be sorted by their squash level as of 9am Sunday 4th May 2025):
Mixed Grade A – 10000+
Mixed Grade B – 6000 – 9999
Mixed Grade C – 3000 – 5999
Mixed Grade D – 1000 – 2999
Mixed Grade E – 999 and below
Women’s Grade(s) – 1700 and below
There will be a reserve list for the Mixed and Women’s event.
Tournament format will be an eight Monrad for each grade – Best of 5 games. Squashlevels will be used to create the grades.
Note: For all grades we make alterations based on the number of players and spread of levels. Possible options will be 1 group of 8 (monrad), two groups of 4 (round robin) or, in the case of the women's grade, merging into the mixed creating a new grade based on SquashLevels.
Entry into the Open will also give you free access to the semi-finals and finals of The UWE $1K PSA Satellite event.

There are two price options:
1. Entry only - £15 (no need to select T-shirt size)
2. Entry and T-shirt - £25 (please select T-shirt size)
Please note if you select a T-shirt size and select the Entry only payment option then no T-shirt will be provided.
If you do not pay using the online link provided you must complete payment within 48 hours of entry or may lose your place.
If you withdraw before entries close you will receive a full refund. There are no refunds for withdrawal after entries close. |
